1. Agreement to Terms

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance, color, or condition of the actual product.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after your order has been confirmed. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

5.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices and on the terms stated on the Service. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Terms

Shipping terms, delivery times, and shipping costs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage to products after they have been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7.3 International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.

7.4 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

8. Returns and Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return and Refund Policy or that violate these Terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Service in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (RM 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days of your notice.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government action, labor dispute, or other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and the Company.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service. The Terms in effect at the time of your use of the Service will govern your use.

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
